Good to know
Do you drill into my house?
No, not for seasonal packages. We use plastic clips that grip your eavestrough, shingles or brick. Only Forever Lights uses small screws to hold a track under the eaves, and we confirm that with you first.
I already have lights. Can you just install them?
Yes. Choose Install Only. We test your strings before hanging them, supply the clips and hang them neatly. Takedown after the season is an optional add-on. If some strings don't work, we can swap in ours at cost.
Do I keep the lights?
Classic Glow and Smart Glow include the lights. We bring them, take them down after the season and store them. With Festival Colour and Forever Lights, the lights are yours to keep.
What if a bulb goes out?
Send us a message. We replace bulbs and fix any strings that stop working during the season at no charge.
Is takedown included?
Takedown is optional on every seasonal package. Choose Yes and we remove, pack and store the lights after the season. Choose No and you take them down yourself; with Classic Glow and Smart Glow the lights are then yours to keep. We usually take lights down in the first two weeks of January, or on any date you pick.
Where do the lights plug in?
Into an outdoor outlet. If yours is far from the lights, we run a weatherproof outdoor cord and hide it neatly.
